California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Disclosure

This California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) Disclosure supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). We adopt this disclosure to comply with the CCPA, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), and any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this document.

We may collect the following categories of personal information from you, as defined under the CCPA:

I. Education Information Education records (as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act).No

J. Inferences Inferences drawn from personal information to create a profile about preferences, characteristics, and behavior.Yes

We collect this information:

  • Directly from you when you provide it to us (e.g., account creation, purchases, customer service inquiries).
     
  • Automatically as you navigate our website or use our services.
     
  • From third-party partners, affiliates, or service providers.
     

2. Purposes for Collecting Personal Information

We may collect and use personal information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and improve our products and services
     
  2. To process transactions and payments
     
  3. To personalize your experience
     
  4. To send marketing and promotional communications (with your consent)
     
  5. To detect and prevent fraud or security incidents
     
  6. To comply with legal and regulatory requirements

3. Sharing and Selling of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we may share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or analytics, which may be considered a “sale” or “share” under the CCPA.

In the past 12 months, we have no individual records.
You may opt out of such sales or sharing at any time (see Section 6 – Your CCPA Rights).


4. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this disclosure or as required by law. Retention periods vary based on the type of data and legal requirements.


5. Your CCPA Rights

Under the CCPA, you have the following rights (subject to certain limitations):

  1. Right to Know – You may request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
     
  2. Right to Delete – You may request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you.
     
  3. Right to Correct – You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
     
  4. Right to Opt Out of Sale/Sharing – You may request that we do not sell or share your personal information.
     
  5. Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Personal Information – You may limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information.
     
  6. Right to Non-Discrimination – We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.
     

6. How to Exercise Your Rights

To exercise your rights described above, you may:

We will respond to verified consumer requests within 45 days, as required by law.

For your protection, we may request additional information to verify your identity before fulfilling your request.


7. Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Authorized agents must provide proof of authorization and their own identity.


8. Changes to This Disclosure

We may update this CCPA Disclosure from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date above.
